Remington and Winston

I am lucky enough to call these cute boys my nephews!! The weather cooperated for us last week to do our shoot outside, which was fun. We got to take some of the family too between the rain. The boys did great and were very smiley. Little Winston just kept giggling at me which made family photos easy!

Kason and Stella

Kason turned three and Stella is seven months old so we did photos this week. I just love these two little cuties!! We got lots of cute expressions from both kids. Stella is at the age that she makes all sorts of funny little faces, I love being able to catch them on camera! Take note of the baby bed I scored this last summer at a garage sale!!!! Steal of a deal for a beautiful bed!

We spent a beautiful evening at Lake Lowell with Mark and Kyla. They brought their little puppy for some photos with her. Little Talya did just wonderful... great thing about puppies is you don't have to get smiles!

We spent a beautiful evening at Katherine Albertson Park taking some anniversary photos of this cute couple! Mari had lots of ideas and props which we worked into most of the photos. She really wanted a lot of candid type photos which is always fun. Thank you Ted for so willingly playing along with all our ideas and outfit changes! Camden: 2 Years

My baby is now TWO! We took his photos this past week finally! He was a normal two year old with no attention span but he did great. Love this little guy! Of course while we were taking photos I snuck in a couple of my oldest too!

Little Madelyn just turned one so we took some family photos as well as her one year photos. She is a shy little girl and would prefer to just be held... she isn't very fond of having photos taken by herself! We were able to get some cute photos though and she even was a little ham for a few!

60th Anniversary

My Grandparent's had their 60th wedding anniversary this year!! I got some photos of the two of them up in New Meadow's, which is by their vacation home. These photos were so much fun, they were relaxed and having a good time. It was so evident how in love they are 60 years later!!!

Never have we seen this much snow on the mountain over the 4th of July!!!

While we were in New Meadows taking my Grandparent's photos, these three cuties were tagging along. I got to get some photos of them in between shots of my grandparents. Girls are so fun because from such a young age they seem to love photos!! While these three sisters have many similar characteristics, they also look VERY different from each other!

Liliana: One Year

We had a family reunion over the Fourth in New Meadows and I got to meet this little cutie! Liliana just turned one so we did some photos of her. She is a shy little thing but warmed up to me over the course of a couple days! She was quite the little performer for her photos, making all the cute little faces that her Mommy and Daddy have been hoping to get photos of! The wild flowers are blooming right now which made for a beautiful backdrop for photos.

Winston

Meet my new little nephew Winston with his big brother Remington. Last Saturday I got to try out their sun room as a studio for Winston's baby photos. It worked great and was nice and toasty warm for the little guy. Of course, he slept all day right up until photos when he decided to wake up for awhile. While he is sleeping he loves being curled all up but we discovered that while he was awake he wanted to stretch out! It was fun using a few things that they had for the photos... Daddy's tie, his green changing table, and the John Deer tractor! Both these boys are just adorable and sweet as can be!

Cash

Cash's mom and I were good friends in High School so I always enjoy catching up with her and her little boy! Cash is a full of energy 2 1/2 year old little boy who loved to run around the corner and try to scare us! As with taking photos of any kid this age, it is a game of chase and hope you can get their smile to coordinate with looking at the camera! I love the challenge and the poses that they come up with.

JaNae and baby Skyler

JaNae is two and a half and adorable as can be! Yes, she was busy but she did so very good! I just love all her different smiles, not to mention her huge laughs! She is such a good big sister to little Skyler who is 2 and a half weeks old. She loved to hold him and give him loves and when she was done, she would politely tell us that it was our turn to hold him! We used some fire fighter gear for some photos of Skyler which turned out adorable. He was NOT fond of the smell of smoke though so we had to work fast and then get him away from it!

My first niece was born a few weeks ago so as soon as we got back from Hawaii I took her photos. We also did a few family ones and some of her proud big brother too! She is a doll and I don't know that I have ever seen a newborn look quite so girly! Usually with a newborn it is most ideal to have them asleep since when they are awake you can't really get their eyes to focus yet... not to mention the fact that most of the time they aren't real content to just lay there posed while awake! Stella did good though, she didn't want to go into a deep sleep but she was pretty content while awake. Needless to say, I got some of the best shots that I have EVER gotten of a newborn looking at the camera!

We just got back from a family vacation in Maui! While we were there we got to see some very good friends of ours that we haven't seen for a few months! It was so nice to spend some time together, the kids are best friends and had lots of fun. The last evening there I got to take some photos of the entire family. The last family photo I took of them was before little Troy was born! We were racing the setting sun but thankfully the kids did great so we were able to get some good ones!

Another "S" Family

Last week after doing Horner West Insurance I took some photos of my nephew, Remington, for his second birthday photos. He is going to have a baby brother really soon so we also did some family ones. The lighting, the setting, the subject matter, all of it was just perfect! We got some AMAZING photos! Remington and my youngest Camden are only a few weeks apart in age and they are SO cute together right now so we did a few photos of the two of them. We love the way they hug and press their little cheeks together, the way they are the same size, and they way they play and talk to each other. Cousins are such a wonderful gift to children, cousins are a child's first friends! We can't wait to meet our little nephew and cousin!

I got to take Preschool photos this past week! This is such a fun little shoot, you can joke with them to get smiles and they are always so excited! Of course I am funny to all the kids except mine, that is the way it works though, my jokes aren't new and funny to Keaton anymore!

This past week I had the privilege of taking photos of this very special couple. It has been a while since they had photos taken of the two of them and as Arlene heads into a serious surgery this next week they thought they better get them done. It was a very special hour spent with a couple who is so in love, their spirits are amazing!

I have had a few requests for a CD of images, while this is something that I want to stay away from I understand those who are wanting the images for digital photo books or baby announcements. I have spent a lot of time figuring out a new little plan. This should help out those of you who are wanting some images on CD.

With a $50 to $99 print order you can purchase 10 images on CD for $100

With a $100+ order you can purchase 15 images on CD for $75

These images will be cropped down to be printed NO larger than an 8x10 and will have my logo in the corner. They will be for you to have on your computer, show on your blog or have on Facebook. This will make it possible for you to put them in your digital photo books. If you have ordered photos from me in the past and would like to add this on I can do that just give me a call!
